Where should I park?

You should park near 45th & Champlain.

Kids Zone 

Ariana Smith will be the lead for the Kids Zone on the day of the festival. The kids zone will entail the Bounce House and Obstacle Course provided by Pump & Play, Storytime with Caught By A Tale, Playground Area, and Barber Activation. 

Managing the Kids Zone will entail: 

• Greeting Pump & Play upon arrival and showing them the placement of the bounce house and obstacle course based on the site map 

• Supporting the setup and promotion of storytime amongst kids onsite 

• Supervising the play area to ensure kids are interacting safely 

• Connecting kids with parents if they get lost, and notifying the emcees if announcements need to be made regarding lost children

• Directing kids to port a potties and hand washing stations 

• Making sure no one runs off with pieces from Lawn Games 

• Directing people to the first aid tent in the event of an injury

• De-escalating conflict if it arises

• Collect trash and constantly maintain a clean area

In the Event of an Injury

Please direct any parties to the first aid tent. Have a volunteer escort them there by looking for the tent with the bright red flag beside it. Please immediately ping the first aid tent on your walkie-talkie to prepare them for incoming people.

In the event a child or parent gets separated from their family or people

Encourage them to meet at Lost & Found, which is also the First Aid Tent. First aid should then cue the stage manager to have it announced by emcees at the earliest possible moment.

For Ariana

Pump & Play will arrive between 9am and 11am.

Lawn Games need to be picked up the day of the festival at 8am and returned the next day at 8am sharp.
