Day-Of Guidelines

• Capturing on the BB Story and adding it to a highlight for the account 

• Capturing interviews with attendees. 

• Ask how they heard about fest

• Ask what they’re enjoying most

• Add in your own questions

• Mix in some fun (Trivia, funny questions, having folks do an old school dance) 

• Capturing artists

• Interview (talk to camera)

• Quotes

• Capturing walking up to the stage, enjoying fest) 

• Audience shots 

• Capturing the health and wellness stage, vendors, and kids zone. 

• Capture activities (Yoga, Dunk Contest, Haircuts, Kids Zone etc.)

• Ask participants how they are enjoying a specific activation.

• Telling to wave to camera. 

• Have vendors say a chant “It’s Black and Bronze baby” or something similar.

• Have vendors show and tell products. Capture shots of products on tables.

• Staff POVs 

• Capture some footage asking staff what they’re up to at different times of the day.

• Street Chalking 

• Directing traffic from 43rd green line, from 43rd and Champlain, 39th Marianos, and setting up sandwich board signs 

• Moving banners on park fence to where security needs them to block traffic 

• Interfacing with Media, distributing media passes, ushering them to their designated seats. We will need some signs that say Press and place them on the first xx seats in the front row of the main stage seating 

• Loading in and out for media tent and activation tents 

• Interfacing with Influencers, distributing passes and gift bags, ushering them to their seat, remind them of the relevant hashtags and account to tag
