Load In

Park on the street closest to either 45th or 44th and S Lawrence. 

We will be on the main stage – SL250 32x24 stage in between the two baseball turfs. 

There will be no backline since the same players will be playing throughout the festival. So please bring your instruments and gear.

Call Time

Alfonzo, please arrive at 9:45am to setup your drums. We will begin checking sound for you at 10:15am. You will be on risers. Everyone else please arrive at Armstrong Park at 10:15am, and fully set up onstage, on your instrument, by 10:45am to begin sound check. 

Attire

We will provide navy blue shirts. Please wear khaki bottoms – Micah feel free to wear something green for your initial Jazz set, but just change into the aforementioned attire after your feature set for the other music segments

Green Room

You are welcome to go to the Green Room across the street from the park to relax and grab a bite between sets. Just be mindful of time to ensure you are heading back at the appropriate time and are onstage for the next performance.
