In the event of Rain, here is what we will do:

Light rain/drizzling: tarps to be used to protect any electronic equipment and/or any other event materials that could be compromised by the weather. This could include cameras and artwork from the archival wall. Focus on covering essentials or equipment in your area. 

Dangerous levels: Event halts. 

Predetermined Storms: Postpone the event to either Sunday, September 7th or the following Saturday, September 14th.
